FitSteps FAB (For All Bodies) classes running each Wednesday. 6pm - 6:45pm. Term time only. First class free, then £4 per session. FitSteps FAB (For All Bodies) is a dance fitness workout designed for people who for a variety of reasons prefer a lighter intensity lower impact and perhaps a slower pace. We will also build on the success of last year by improving the stalls area in the churchyard and creating a day of free entertainment.
